Question: WHO ARE THE DEVELOPERS OF THE ABOVE ESTATES?

 Answer: Samovic Homes and Properties Limited.

 

Question: WHAT TYPE OF TITLE DOES THE ABOVE ESTATES HAVE?

Answer: Deed of Assignment and Registered Global Survey.

 

Question: ARE THEY ANY ECUMBRANCES ON THE LAND?

Answer: The Land is free from government acquisition and adverse claim (No omo onile wahala)

 

Question: WHAT IS THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE?

Answer: There is 24 months Installment plan on all our Estates.

 

Question: WHAT IS THE SIZE OF A PLOT?

Answer: 600sqm.

 

Question: WHAT OTHER PAYMENT DO I MAKE APART FROM PAYMENT OF THE LAND?

Answer: 5% will be charged for Deed of Assignment, Survey fee is determined by Government and Developmental/Infrastructure fee to be determined by the company.

 

Question: WHEN SHOULD I MAKE THE OTHER PAYMENTS?

Answer: Deed of Assignment and Survey fees should be paid before physical allocation.

 

Question: WHAT IS THE INFRASTRUCTURE EXPECTED TO BE PUT IN PLACE?

Answer:s Gated Estate, Drainage Systems, Mini Mart, Street light, Road Network, Park, Security, Swimming Pool, Perimeter Fence etc.

 

Question: WHAT DO I GET AFTER INITIAL PAYMENT FOR THE LAND?

Answer: Company receipt and Offer letter.

 

Questions: IS THE ROAD TO THE ESTATES ACCESIBLE?

 Answer: Yes, the roads to the estates are accessible.

 

Question: WHEN WILL MY PLOT BE ALLOCATED TO ME?

Answer: Once payment for the plot of land has been made in full (inclusive of payment for the Title deed and Survey plan). Also a letter of readiness to build from the customer is submitted.

 

Question: CAN I START CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING IMMEDIATELY?

Answer: Construction can commence after complete payment for land, survey and title deeds.

 

Question: IS THERE COMMERCIAL PLOT FOR SALE?

Answer: Yes.

 

Question: IS THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS REGARDING THE TYPE OF BUILDING I CAN CONSTRUCT IN THE ESTATE?

Answer: All building design must be submitted to Samovic Homes and Properties Limited for approval   in the first instance, and the same will be submitted to Government for approval before building work can commence.

 

Question: CAN I RESELL MY PLOT/PROPERTY?

Answer: Yes, a subscriber can look for buyer on his or her own. However, approval must be sought and granted by SAMOVIC HOMES AND PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT. We would require the re-seller to furnish the company with details of the buyer so as to update our database.

 

Question: CAN I PAY TO YOUR AGENT?

Answer:  No. All payment should be made to the designated bank accounts belonging to SAMOVIC HOMES AND PROPERTIES LIMITED in cheque, bank draft, transfer and any other approved electronic means. We shall not accept any responsibility for any liability that may arise as a result of deviation from the above instruction.

 

Question: CAN I HAVE A SURVEY FOR MORE THAN ONE (1) PLOT?

Answer: Yes, however payment for each survey (per plot) will be made in accordance with the number of plots purchased.
